Most of our services have a refund policy except domain registrations as they are not refundable by the registrar. You are registering an individual address on the Internet, not a service, so the fees paid for the name registration are not refundable. Once your domain registration was processed, it remains active on the Internet and is not possible to revert it.
This also applies to renewals as a renewal is basically just the extension of the current registration period.
